Sun Chemical, DIC Corporation to Acquire Digital Inks Business from Sensient

Sun Chemical and its parent company, DIC Corporation, have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Sensient Imaging Technologies and certain other assets related to the production of inks. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2020.
